loot system!!!

just want to notice you guys take a look for the loot system. since we tried so many time to geared up ppl, and they were just left our guild and join the others, is pretty much waste our time. that's why we would let the class leader, GM, officer get the Tier set or orange items first. hope you guys can understand that. anyone wants to stay with our guild, eventually you will get all the items and Tier set. cuz we need geared up ppl to raid. besides that we also have 2 more room for (warlock, hunter class leader). so if any of you guys performs good and know what to do in raids. we will promote You!!! so keep it up guys.
